“Stay was ok as the room was always clean and the view great butvnothing else to do in hotel besides sitinng in lounge”
The location was good staff can be a bit more polite and put a smile on their face and try to speak more english some can and some on duty does not even answer you when you ask them something so they can learn to be more polite as they dealing with foreigners in a city that you need to know how to get to places but most of them just say they don’t know I find that rude being in a new city and the staff in a hospitality business just look at you without helping you

“A good quality modern hotel in the heart of Eskişehir”
Good quality modern hotel located in an excellent area of the city. Our room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the river. The service from the staff was first class especially the staff who ran the dining area, Hilal and Halime,they provided a very good and varied breakfast each morning. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

The hotel was modern and well appointed with lovely staff at Reception and in the restaurant. The 'smart' system for the hotel room was clever and (pretty) functional. The shower was lovely.

“Relaxing and smooth experience”
Very professional and friendly staff, they were all very attentive. The rooms were extremely clean and we loved the fact that the towels were all wrapped. Thanks for this amazing experience
