Very clean and modern hotel overall. The bed was not very comfortable, but the stay was pleasant. I arrived around 13:00 and was informed that early check-in required an extra fee. I can understand this during high season, but in May it felt a bit unnecessary. Still, I understand it is hotel policy. The only other issue was with room cleaning: I requested it through the digital system, but the room was not cleaned when I returned at night. So I would recommend confirming directly with reception if you need cleaning. Despite these small inconveniences, I had a good experience overall and would give the hotel a second try if I return to Frankfurt.

Great assortment at Breakfast. Welcoming persons at reception. Hotel is absolutely modern, with tasteful interior. I have chosen this hotel 2nd time, absolutely recommended. Good value for its price. Eschborn is a very quite clean area are if someone wants to be close to Frankfurt, with S-bahn you are in the heart of Frankfurt in 10 min.

“Clean, calm, easy-to-get”
The location of the Hotel is super great: it is easy to get there with the direct bus, which goes from the Frankfurt Airport. Breakfast is nice with a wide selection of food for every taste. The room is clean with no additional noise.

Cleaning does not happen daily unless you ask reception staff to clean. Very odd practice and definitely a downgrade from my earlier stays here. Stayed for 2 nights and no cleaning done! Need to look for an alternative hotel now! Why stay in a hotel if not cleaned daily?
