Overview
Jacaranda Apartments & Studios are situated in the quiet beach resort of Es Cana, 25 km north of Ibiza Town. They have free WiFi in public areas. All apartments are fitted with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven and a fridge, while the studios do not have a kitchen but are fitted with a mini fridge, a microwave and a kettle. Some apartments have a lounge-dining room with a sofa bed. Heating and air conditioning are available at an extra cost. Guests at Jacaranda Apartments & Studios can use the facilities of the Jacaranda Lounge with discounts the rest of the summer months. There is also a terrace with sun loungers and gazebos for hire. There is also the Jacaranda cocktail bar, a Chinese restaurant and a supermarket with a bakery. A room service of beach club menu is also available free of cost. A car rental and airport shuttle services are also available at the property.

Disappointing experience. We had just arrived in one of the two apartments we had booked as a group of seven our first day of vacation only to discover that the bathroom was a mess. The wc didn't work properly, so you couldn't even throw toilet paper in it (you had to use the trash basket for that) but the main problem was the sink: it was damaged and it started to leak water on the floor. An highly disgusting smell started to spread all over the bathroom and the other rooms too, it was so strong that it became unbearable. We instantly called the reception for help and they sent us someone who wasn't even qualified for the job, he wasn't a specialist. He tried his luck for more than an hour but didn't know what he was doing, and while we waited in the room we of course had to give up going out for the day on our own vacation. He didn't solve the problem, leaving a broken bottom piece of the sink on the bathroom floor which was just left there for our whole journey. But most importantly, we wasted our time and money for that day, because given that we didn't get a proper help our only solution was to reach out to our friends in the other apartment we had booked: mind you, seven people in one apartment, pure discomfort. Finally, after contacting the reception over and over again, they sent us a specialist the next day. After a lot of hours, in the evening the main problem (at least the sink one) was solved. Still, it only felt right to us to have a refund for the first day, since we encountered a lot of problems and we had to spend the night out of that apartment, basically paying one night 264 dollars for nothing. But when we talked about it to the reception, the manager told them to give us 50 euros: not even half of the amount of money we had spent!
