Breakfast was adequate the welcome was very unfriendly and brusque. The room was fine. The receptionist did warm up later to tell us directions and was helpful. Good location to train station.

“Splendid place worth 10++ for me”

This is for me a 10++ points hotel, nice staff, quite near the railway station and bus to Hopa, very helpful guys arranged bus tickets immediately, in an area with many shops and kebab-places, and very near the cold beer shop. The room was also very nice with a small balcony. A good place to work with the computer. Seems to be newly renovated. Good Wifi. Helpful and nice people on the streets. However I left early, so no chance to test the breakfast, but I have booked also a week later and will review next time as well. Speaking good english. I look forward to returning to this place!

“Just what was needed.”

Good value for money. Easy walk from where the bus from Hopa stops. Very easy walk to the train station and the main sights, too. Although not much English spoken, everyone was helpful and kind.

Nice hotel: great location, polite and hospitable staff, clean room, all facilities are working well, very comfortable bed. I could not ask more for the price.

A wonderful place to stay in Erzurum. The manager was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that they had breakfast ready early for me so I could get my bus to Georgia. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed in Erzurum longer. Just perfect.

“Good value for money and amazing breakfast”

Great place with good value for money. Room is spacious and clean, safe and well located. Breakfast is amazing: lots of options and good quality, we were not expecting for it.

Great central hotel with helpful staff and fast wifi. Only stayed one night while transiting by bus between Kars and Dyarbakir. Surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets and only a 10 minute walk to the castle.
