The host was very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel, though old, was kept very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location in the city center is also very convenient. Above all, the staff service was excellent, and I would definitely like to stay there again. Mr. Cüneyt's hospitality was wonderful.

The hotel is convenient for visiting Erzurum. Close to the railway station, bus stops and the city centre. Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast included in the price. It was my second time staying here the first was 3 years ago. It would be my first choice if I visit Erzurum again.

The friendly face of Erzurum. It’s run by people who love their work and their guests. There is unlimited tea available all day. It’s in a very central location and great for exploring the city, catching buses to Palandöken, and trying out kebab restaurants.

The location is excellent if you want to see the city's sights. The price-value ratio is also favorable. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Everything good. Supportive staff, regular Turkish breakfast, clean rooms, and bathrooms are Good with this price. The heater was working properly.

Awesome little guesthouse in the heart of Erzurum. The family running the place were lovely. My room on the third floor was spotless and really comfortable. It caught a nice breeze in the arvo and evening, and had a great view of the fort. I was able to park my motorbike in the safe alley outside the hotel, under the watchful eye of shopkeepers and CCTV. Location was perfect. Short stroll to the main sights, good restaurants and supermarkets. There's a big MMM Migros less than 10 minutes walk where you can buy beer. Free 24/7 tea/coffee/water and the WiFi was reliable and covered every floor (30mbps down/10mbps up). Will definitely be staying again when I come back through Erzurum. Thanks Kerim and family!

We stayed at this hotel for one night with friends and had booked three rooms. The host was incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay.
