Comfortable bed.

Don't go. The room was really dirty. It would be kind of okay, if only the floors were dirty, but nothing was clean. Not even the bed sheets or the towles were clean. One of the staff members working in the kitchen was really kind, but nevertheless, it was a disappointment.

According to some reviews, I thought it would be worse. In fact, it's a normal low-budget hotel with great location and staff. I'd say for such price it's better than good. Yes, it's not very new, but also not extremely old, everything was in order, no problem with hot water and heating, which is important for local winter. I can also say it was quite clean (also saw a cleaning lady), the bed sheets had stains but no bugs were found and also it looked and smelled fresh (but for squeamish people you can take your own sheet). The towels were new and clean. The breakfast was simple, but good (bread, cheese, boiled eggs, tomatos & cucumbers, butter, jam, honey, tea). Also had one lunch at the local cafe and it was good (though not a big variety of dishes). But also there are many cafes and shops around. One of the main streets where lots of public transport stops is 5 min walk, so I didn't have to take taxi at all, in the buses you can pay with credit card, and the routes can be viewed in the local transport mobile app (if you want to go to Palandoken, Aziziye, main Bus station) Also all the major sights are walking distance from the hotel. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Also elevator works in the building.

The hotel is family owned. It’s very simple but perfect. In the center of town so you can do everything by foot. Only the oldest of the son speaks correct English but every single one of them understands the basics and if they don’t they’ll try their very best to help you out. The breakfast is very simple but efficient. Bread (butter, chocolate paste) tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, cheese, black olives, eggs, black tea. Everything as much as you want. I also had dinner at their restaurant, everything was delicious ;)

Very helpful hotel staff in terms of helping me connect to the Wifi after some initial problems. They also let me keep my bag at the front desk after check-out while I explored the city and was waiting for my bus to Kars.

Small but good room, well equipped, good breakfast, friendly staff. Good location, close to the centre and train station. I liked that there was a hairdryer and curtains to darken the room.

Great location, affordable, friendly personnel, and delicious food in Lokanta on the first floor. The first thing a guy at reception did—was give me chai.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was tasty :) I really liked that this hotel had elevator (for some unknown to me reason it is quite rare in cheap hotels).

The property was in a good location near the railway station and all the sights, the room was clean and had good facilities, there was a decent breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful, it was good value also.
