“Modern, clean comfort in nature minutes from Erlangen.”
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to relax. The location was perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, with easy access to the lake and nearby forest. It was ideal for long walks, and our dog absolutely loved it. We really appreciated being able to bring him along, which made the trip even more special. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was very modern, beautifully designed, and at the same time felt warm and homely. Everything was spotlessly clean and clearly well maintained. It had all the amenities we could possibly need, including a washing machine, which was a great bonus for a longer stay. The layout worked really well for us: two good-sized bedrooms, a large bathroom with a window (which made a big difference), plus an additional separate WC—very convenient. The dedicated parking space right in front of the door was also extremely practical and made arrival and daily outings effortless. Another highlight was the fast and reliable internet, with around 100 Mbps download speed, which was perfect for both work and streaming. Overall, this place strikes a perfect balance between modern comfort and cozy atmosphere. We would definitely come back!

“Would recommend anyone”
Property is clean, new and very good equipped, it has everything someone would need for an overnight stay or a longer stay. Property is very child friendly offering high chair for feeding, plastic cutlery and plates, also a bath in the bathroom and a baby bed on request. There is a system of floor heating that makes the place warm and cosy and on the windows there are electric blinds to keep the room dark for a good night rest. It also has a great location, close to highways.

The apartment is new and clean. There is everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. The location is outside of Erlangen, so you would need a car to move around. However, the location is perfect for a short stroll or a bike ride as it's just outside of a forest and near to several ponds and a lake. It was a nice stay overall.
