“Good location, but misleading information, safety concerns for children, and cleanliness issues.”
The location was good, but we expected the terrace to be oriented to the back. Instead, it faces the street, which isn't ideal. This setup is also unsafe for children, as they can easily wander to the front and onto the street or to the back where there is an open pond.
