“Dirty room”

The location

Despite I have booked a garden view room because was more spacious they gave me a smaller room with partial view. When I asked to give me the room I have reserved for they said that was not possible because they overbooked this type of room. Instead they offered me a bottle of wine. The staff was rude and not helpful at all, the room is very small and poor renovated, the breakfast was basic and the bed was very soft and bad. Last was no space in the parking area and we had to park the car in an open plot with no security far from the hotel. In general was a very bad experience and I clearly don't recoment it.

The staff at the bar were very polite and by far the best part of our stay. The cocktails were also very good, and the location was beautiful. rooms was nice but small .

The aquapark is not included you have to pay extra. There’s only one pool, and it was always crowded. Limited food options and a poor buffet. The staff were friendly, but overall, it’s too expensive for what you get.

Nice location, first class design, clean, tasty food, very friendly staff. For sure we will be back 🙂

The Place is very nice in a good location. Personel very friendly, rooms were good and clean. Food was nice and different dishes everyday.

The staff were very friendly and ready to help, which made us welcome from the start. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was really tasty with a nice mix of Greek dishes and other options. We also liked the poolside bar—it was a great place to sit back with a drink and enjoy the surroundings. The sunrise on the beach was epic. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we will be back!

The staff was so kind and helpful! All inclusive package was really good. The food, the cocktails, ice creams and many more. The swimming pool was clean and the lifeguards very responsible.

The hotel isn’t too big and sets right on the beach. Easy access to the beach. Great pool bar and generous all inclusive menus. Lunch and dinner were really tasty. Breakfast was nice and until eleven am.

The food was exceptional. The sea is close to the hotel, there is no need to spend much time to reqch the sea. Aquapark for children, but the eligible height is 120 sm. In Turkey's aquaparks, it is 110 sm.

The beach bar crew was awesome. Always smiling and nice.

“Pleasant family stay in Eretria”

The attentiveness of the staff was the highlight of this hotel. Everyone we met in all posts was eager to assist, smiling and showed genuine interest in guests. The maisonette was nicely renovated and with ample space for our group of 4. We enjoyed the water sports on the premises (though at extra cost). The dining options were decent, nothing spectacular but in every meal there were a few dishes that stood out. The cocktails were good (for all in standards)... The beach was clean and nice.

For the Third consecutive year I chose this hotel for my holidays. All it was really good as the other times.

“Almost a scam”

- Food is same bland, frozen stuff all day long. This is not traditional Greek food or anything really - No room service, no staff presence anywhere. You have to go to the pool bar to get served (and wait in a huge queue) - The few staff members are extremely rude. They asked me to exchange my towels for some weird towel card on checkout when the staff members to do this weren't there. I asked them to help me because I had my son with me and they wouldn't before I asked to speak to the manager (who was helpful) - Pool is tiny for the amount of people. You will struggle to find sun loungers and end up sitting in some taverna. - All inclusive includes the bare minimum. Alcoholic drinks but for instance no name vodka and tasteless beer. Frozen pizza (although they advertise a pizza oven) All in all this is NOT a four star hotel. It's probably two star at most. You are better off with any other hotel in the area.
