If those of us who use Booking.com don't post full and frank reviews then we're doing each other a disservice, so here goes... The location is fine, once you've found the track behind the main house. The key box is in an obvious location. The entrance door leads immediately to a couple of steps down into the brightly decorated dining area and adequate kitchen. It took us a few moments to figure out that the toilet is in fact in a cupboard beside the entrance area! There's enough equipment to produce a simple meal, although a wooden spoon and better knife wouldn't go amiss. A complimentary bottle of local cider is a nice touch. The shower is great. Hot water on demand and a really good flow rate. The tiny hamlet is a quiet, tranquil place and there's plenty of nearby parking.  The beach is exceptional, albeit around twice the stated distance away (measured at 650m). Mile after mile of sand and shells. A pity dogs are not allowed to use it. That said our two enjoyed it anyway, as they don't read signs very well, and pre-season, in poor weather the place was deserted, bar a few kite surfers.
