Good location central and by bus stop, nice breakfast and I tried one dinner which was good, friendly staff, nice room, could get ski gear through hotel shop, nice place to ski and friendly good ski instructor.

Near Erciyes ski resort. They own ski rental shop, so you can get some discount. My room was clean, quiet, nice bed, large bathroom. Breakfast was good. All stuff are friendly and helpful.

Great location, comfortable room and friendly staff. Breakfast selection was good and delicious. Most helpful that you can rent ski equiptment and alike through the hotel!

Perfect position, very nice and flexible staff, they were treating us according all our needs. Beautiful views, very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfasts were nice, dinners also.

Great location just across from the Gondola!

Just across the main road from gondola and ski shops. They had a partner shop at the slopes too which offers a discount. The staff thankfully reached out to us on booking.com as we booked a room without a toilet which would have been a disaster as we travelled with young children. They were really warm and accomodating with our kids

The room were good and comfortable with all amenities. Its close to Erciyes Ski.

“It was more pleasant leaving than arriving”

The room was small and dingy, no good quality natural light as the room looked over a closed off food hall of sorts. Bed linen did not smell right, had to get it changed. Food was basic at best. Not what I expected for a 200.00 EUR price tag for 2 adults staying Half-Board

“First time ski experience”

Hotel location was excellent, the main resort is across the road. The hotel have it's own shop to hire boots and ski which was amazing, saves us time and money. The staffs were very helpful although, not all of them are speaking english, still able to provide a wonderful service. Big shout out to Baris, who are so helpful.

“Good value for money”

The hotel has a great location, just a 5 minutes to walk to the ski slopes. The room was nice, the breakfast was served as a buffet with the good range of breads, vegetable, fruits, cheeses etc. The staff on the reception was kind. After check out I could leave my luggage there as my flight was late in the afternoon.

Nice, clean room and bathroom with a comfortable bed. All staff members are extremely friendly and kind. You can also get 20% off on ski rentals. A great place to stay with a beautiful view and excellent breakfast and dinner. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended!
