“Most beautiful estate in Franciacorta”
This is a most beautiful estate, surrounded by a perfectly kept parc. Everyone is welcoming, accommodating and exceptionally friendly. The hotel is perfectly located to visit the Franciacorta vineyards (Bellavista is walking distance, Ca del Bosco 5 min by car/shuttle). Great experience: The very helpful receptionist recommended the "Dispenseria Franciacorta" as lunch spot - which turned out to serve one of the best discovery menues I had in a while.

“Luxury stay in gorgeous location”
Amazing room, we got a free upgrade and it was so comfortable and fancy. The restaurants were great - Leone Felice was particularly excellent. The staff were all lovely and so helpful. The facilities were excellent, we loved playing tennis, and using the spa. We had so much fun on the quad bike excursion! Breakfast buffet was great and bar is lovely

“A Hidden Gem - Franciacorta sparkling wines in this area - unknown by many.”
This is our 2nd stay. We chose a better room this time. Excellent, spacious & very, very clean. Our favourite point is the heated pool, sauna room at the end of the day - open until 8pm. Then we had dinner.

“A staff member stole my watch from my room”
I got my watch stolen by a member of the hotel. Even though the police managed to catch the thieve and recovered the watch, this infortunate event ruined our vacation. Very poor customer orientation by the hotel management, we were not offered neither a glass of water nor any kind of simpathy until next day. We had to go to the police station by ourselves with the language problem, obvious for everyone. If you have a problem in this hotel, good luck with that.

Stunning gardens, buildings and view of Lake Iseo. Spa staff and treatments were first class. Lovely pool and surrounding area for sunbathing. Housekeepers, bar/restaurant staff (with one exception), sommelier (truly excellent) reception and gym staff were all delightful and super helpful.
