The owners are amazing, so friendly and helpful! The room was very nice, super clean and spacious. A 5 min walk away from the beach. The pool has a great view of the mountains. I loved everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mikro Livadi! We were very warmly welcomed by our hosts and Angelica was very friendly, had great advices for us and talked about the local traditions with us. That was what made our stay so special and relaxing. We can also recommend the restaurant, most of the vegetables were from the own garden and the dishes tasted deliciously! The appartement was large and luminous and very clean. We especially enjoyed the large terrasse. We'll definitely come back :)

The location was amazing in a quite part of the village, the rooms had all the amenities and appliances, very knit and clean. The owners were very friendly and nice, this is the famous Cretan hospitality that sticks to your heart and cannot forget the feeling!!

We can only say good things about our stay. Everyone was so kind and warm to us. Our room was perfect. The cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was abundant, fresh and delicious. One of the times we even got specialty cakes from one of the best spots in Rethymnon as a very sweet and generous gesture. We had some meals besides breakfast that were brought to our terrace and the food was a true Cretan experience. Absolutely delicious. We had a great time at the pool with the beautiful backdrop of olive trees which was just picture perfect. We would like to thank Mr Aetos, Mrs Malamatenia, Angelika and Natasha for your kindness and just making us feel like we were part of your family. We took all of you in our hearts. Thank you for everything and we wish you the best.

Wonderful hosts, spacious and modern apartment, surrounded by olive trees and only a few steps to the beach. Very nice pool area. Farm to fork restaurant with great tastes. Would come back!

“We had a fantastic holiday.”

We had a fantastic time in Mikro Livadi Hotel. The family that owns /runs it, really is very helpfull and sweet. We ate several times at the hotel's exclusive restaurant and every time the food was excellent, fresh and often from their own farm. We had meat, seafood and some vege pies, plus all side veggies that were availlable I guess :), although we would've been just fine with their cheese, bread and olive oil ... haha. Much like mama's kitchen, I would say. The apartment we had was clean, spacious, had everything that we needed. Just outside the terrace there was an array of beautiful plants, among them a lime tree, lavender bush, and jasmin. Oh, the scent !!! I once stayed half a night reading a book on the terrace just intoxicated with these aromas. There were clean towels and sheets every few days, plus a set of pool towels too. The pool was great, just perfect size and depth to swimm and for kids to have fun. The beach is just few minutes away, large, with beach bars and showers.

Not only the location to visit the Rethymno region is perfect, the facilities with restaurant and swimming pool, and the room overlooking the mountains ( a real treat in the evening) are excellent. However, what makes the real difference is the family atmosphere: Angelica and her mother take really good care of you, and you feel like a cousin invited to a home. The food is made with local materials and we would recommend you try the Fennel pie! Breakfast keeps you going for most of the day, brunch style !

We had the most amazing stay at Mikro Livadi. The rooms are big and have everything you need, the breakfast was incredible with loads of local food every morning and a beautiful pool. We stayed for dinner 1 evening too and had a lovely evening the best part though was Angeliki and Anastasia who could not have done any more for us! They were the most wonderful people, who made sure we had an amazing time

“Amazing place to spend your time in Crete!!!”

Words can not describe! This is such a wonderful place. Everything about it is just exceptional. The room we had was huge and spacious with a fully equiped kitchen, a seperate bedroom, cosy living room and a huge shower area. There is also a very nice private sitting area around the room to start your morning in. The family who runs the place is so nice and welcoming, you immediately feel part of it. The natural salt water pool was nothing short of amazing and we spent a lot of time around the pool area. Located just 300m from the main road and the beach, location was great and easy to find, having a private parking space is a plus. The in-complex resturant serves home cooked food made intirly of stuff they grow on pramise or buy from local farmers. The food was very good and the prices are... just normal (cheap like the rest of Greece). The surrounding area is as beautiful and wild with some great views all around. We are definatly coming back next year!
