Beautiful old farm house with nice outlook over autumn trees nestled amongst surrounding properties. Close to great walks and not too far from surrounding towns and villages. Josep-Marie and Yolanda were fabulous hosts.

“A great find in the mountains!”

We approached Hotel Brangoly along a tiny one lane road high in the hills to be met by Joseph and Iolanda, our lovely hosts. A rustic chateau, our spacious room looked straight down the valley and our bathroom was excellent. We ate in, both breakfasts and dinners - a great value option to avoid driving the winding roads at night. A particularly shout out to Joseph for his excellent Gin & Tonics!!

Such a lovely retreat. We loved the location, the decor, the pets, everything. The meals were really lovely and the rooms very comfortable.

“A very happy place in a remote environment”

The location was beautiful but very remote so car/taxi essential but the owners were exceptionally helpful. The hotel was very small like an old fashioned farm house and almost entirely run by the owners the husband being an excellent chef!!

“Wonderful place!”

Everything is wonderful about this place: the quiet location with wonderful views, the corner to drink an aperitif before dinner and most of all the house and the huge room we had. All details are looked after and the house is beautifully decorated. The hospitality of Yolanda and Josep María are the cherry on the cake.

An amazing place in Pyrenees, on the Spanish-French border, to spend a weekend or a getaway from the city crowds.

“Wonderful stay”

A beautiful view from the terrace our bedroom window and well appointed rooms. Our 2 hosts were very friendly and wonderful hosts nothing was to much for them to do. We had a lovely 3 course dinner which was very convenient as the property is isolated.

the room was very spacious and nice. the design of thing is beautiful. the room and bathroom were clean. the breakfast and dinner were very nice. the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Beautifully decorated in a very private setting with stunning views. The staff was extremely attentive and provided many details which make such a difference! I highly recommend opting for the dinners at the châteaux. They were delicious and very nicely accompanied by a pre-dinner drink in front of the fireplace and a snack to nibble on. And it was one of our birthdays and they made a cake specially for us! Very lovely touches!

The location is amazing. Nestled in a tiny hamlet between two hills, just you, the forest at your back, the sound of water running in the distance and birds all around. Not a single car passing by (it's a cul-de-sac). The private garden of the "Petit Château" is a joy in the morning. You can walk to the Castle from the Enveitg train station, takes about 1 hour on a not-too-busy country road.

I loved everything about this place - the location (beautiful and away from it all), the people (warm, friendly and very accommodating), the food (wow!), their adorable cat, the room (large and beautifully decorated), walks in nature, cocktails by the fireplace, etc….

The location is stunning, super relaxing and an ideal spot for people looking to get away from the city. The breakfast was also such a treat every morning, Quim and Edu are great at what they do and we can't wait to go back!
