Perfect location, walking distance to most of downtown Ensenada attractions. Facility is super clean. Staff is usually pretty good. Breakfast is pretty good, always fresh!

“Will stay again!”
Very clean and quiet. Perfect spot in town. Close to everything. Able to walk to all the shops and amazing food spots. Loved that we were able to charge our electric car with no problem.

The staff have been very nice and cooking me eggs for breakfast when the only other option has meat in it. In general I think it is probably best not to make one of the only vegetarian protein sources on offer a meat dish.....

“Quality hotel”
Super friendly staff throughout. Comfortable rooms with great facilities, good wi-fi, close to Centro and tourist areas. Excellent buffet breakfast.

I reserve tree rooms I was charge more for one room I was very inconvenient because the hotels did not want to refund the extra money at the end they did they bleing everything on booking .com went booking com fix the problem I did not enjoying been on the desk fixing the problem waisted my time they lied and I do not enjoy my day I was late for my event I show all my emails and the price I suppose to pay but they don’t care very unprofessional they keep telling me booking com make the mistake Not true The hotel make the mistake and some personal not all very rud and a professional

the queen room was spacious & comfortable. very comfy beds and pillows wee good too. nice linen . good breakfast. coffee machine in the room and ironing facilities. the curtains close completely the room so you sleep longer. good smelling toiletries. we will be back
