This was the worst check-in experience of my life. We couldn't find the address; Google Maps was pointing to a different location. I tried calling, but the woman didn't speak English and kept telling me to call the number listed on Booking.com—which was exactly the number I was already calling! No one ever replied to the message I had sent the previous evening regarding parking. The host who eventually showed up demanded payment for parking, even though we had already found a spot ourselves and paid for it. Seeing that we were unhappy—and presumably to ensure we wouldn't leave a negative review—he told us to "get out." My husband managed to persuade him to hand over the keys, as he was feeling unwell. Later that evening, after returning from a restaurant, we couldn't get into our room; the front door was locked. When I sent an email asking for help, I received a reply stating that it wasn't his problem. Thank goodness for the neighbors—they were the ones who opened the door for us.

Very spacious and comfortable room in the heart of historic Enna. Quiet location and friendly host. Buffet breakfast was extra and good value at the owner's other B&B 4 minutes walk away. Easy free parking at the Piazza by the castle 1 km walk away.

Beautiful large, cool, restful room in the centre of Enna. This family-run property provided the ideal base for exploring the town. Extras, such as parking and breakfast, are offsite but close and excellent. The host Laura and her family were so friendly and helpful, and their family restaurant was excellent too.

The property was very nice and clean. The rooms were spacious enough with a big bathroom. The owners are very kind and friendly and would go the extra mile to make you happy.

Bright, cosy apartment on the 4th floor with a stunning view over the rooftops of Enna. Comfortable, clean, bright with large windows, wonderfully looked after by the family, great place to work, great place to sleep. Very happy here, a gem in the heart of the town. The host was really nice and new the city perfectly! He gave us all the information we needed and was really acommodating. The room it self was nice, clean and spacious. The AC is really quiet which is a plus. Definitely recommend.

“Our perfect sleepover in Enna”

Simple room, very clean with very comfortable bed and great bathroom with perfect shower! It was on the third floor, but they have a luggage lift, which the owner Fabrizio operated for us;). It’s in the very heart of Enna, close to the cathedral. The owner have a garage, which we rented for 10 euros, very worth it! Also their family restaurant was marvelous (Bistrò Paradiso), and the food and wine were absolutely delightful! Fabrizio and his family are very hospitable, took very good care of us. Since we are savory breakfast livers, we found the Spizzichi & Muzzichi Salumeria, 1’ from the B&B, and it was one of the many gastronomic highlights we had in our Sicily tour. We took the focaccias to the bar close to the B&B and ate them with marvelous cappuccini.

The b&b is run by a family and all are very sweet and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Location is the centre of Enna which was great. Breakfast was offered at an extra cost of 5 euros per person, and it was nice to have.

The host was very helpful and even upgraded us to a superia room which was very large. He drove with us to the parking garage which is a few streets away. The location was great and as the name suggests quite central.

The friendly attitude of the owner made us feel at home. The property is in the heart of Enna but still being very quiet and comfortable.

We had a really nice room with a view over the City. Everyone of the Family, we were in contact with, was Kind and helpful. We can recommend getting the breakfast, which is served in their other BnB, just a 3min walk away and also trying their Restaurant for Dinner!
