Everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever. The garden is beautiful, kitchen is well equipped, and the sauna was amazing. Also, the perfect place for cat lovers - the owner has two cuddly cats who will appreciate belly rubs. Yes, the tap water did have a funky smell like others have pointed out, but it didn't worry us :)

“Garden and cat lover paradise”
A helpful and friendly host. Great location, close to both the sea and places to have some meals in Engure. Sauna was well equipped and a cold water tub was readily available. It's a gem for gardening fans: while none of the plants are really visible in the pictures, the place is a botanical marvel with a beautifully grown and curated garden and multiple rare and uncommon plants. Cat lovers will also have a pleasant surprise, as there are two superfriendly cats who want all the cuddles available. All in all, an unexpected find and definitely a place to return to.
