“Great, would stay there again”

Something for everyone family went skiing whilst I read and used gym/pool. Reasonably priced good quality food in the evening (although choice a bit limited). Breakfast excellent staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Great location and car parking a bonus

Great location, helpful personal, good breakfast. We and especially kids adored spa zone, which was open throughout the day. Great cost and service balance. Easily accessibility to ski bus, La Vella, ski lifts, bars and restaurants in the city within walking distance.

“Well located, but in need of a serious refresh”

Overall, our stay at Hotel Guillem was ok. The location is definitely one of its strongest points, right in the centre of Encamp, in a pleasant area with everything close at hand. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable and allowed us to rest well after long days out. A small but welcome detail was the presence of a bidet in the bathroom, not always a given, and certainly a plus.

Great location. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Comfortable hotel with plenty of public areas for relaxation, even for large groups. Good spa with swimming pool and hammam . 200 meters to the stop where free buses to the ski lifts depart.

“Nice place to stay if you plan skiing in Encamp”

It was perfect for our skiing vacations. Getting rest in the SPA with a nice pool after long day in the mountains is amazing. Staff was super friendly, room was very warm, clean and quite comfy. It's also close to the Funicamp, just one short ride on the free shuttle bus, which stops in 100 meters from the hotel. And at the same it's in the very center of Encamp with easy access to shopping and cafes.

Hotel location is really good. Directly bus station for skiing cabins or walking 10 minutes. Pool and sauna was wonderful after skiing. Also we like breakfast quality.

Quaint and authentic is how I would describe the hotel but could do with a bit of updating. Parking very tight. Pool was nice but changing area a bit tired and whole complex not as luxury as we expected for the price we paid. Lovely breakfast selection.
