- The room was big enough for us but not the brightest. - It was clean. - Overall experience with the staff was also very pleasant. - The free bus to the slopes in front of the hotel was a gem. - There was a place to store your ski equipment. - We could leave our suitcases before check in and after check out. Very helpful!

The room was nice, warm, and clean. They provided complimentary toiletries, such as toothpaste and other small essentials, which are very helpful for travelers. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly.

“Room Security Breach”

On day one my stay , I left my room and returned later to find that housekeeping had serviced it. However, the room door was left open upon my return. Inside the room, I discovered that my mobile phone was missing. I would like to clarify the following factual sequence: - The room had clearly been accessed and cleaned by housekeeping staff. - The door was not secured after the service was completed. - The loss of my personal property was identified immediately upon my return to the room. This indicates that the room was left unsecured following staff entry, creating a security lapse during a period in which the premises were under operational control of the property. As you will appreciate, once staff enter a guest room for service, there is a duty of care to ensure the room is properly secured afterward. At the time of reporting the matter, I did not receive confirmation of any internal investigation or incident documentation. I am requested: 1. Confirmation that this incident has been formally recorded. 2. Details of any internal review conducted regarding room access and security procedures that day. 3. Clarification on the property’s position concerning responsibility for losses occurring following an unsecured room condition after housekeeping service. I am not making assumptions about how the loss occurred; however, the failure to secure the room after service is a matter of concern and warrants proper review.

“Great and comfortable hotel for its price”

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, thanks to all the staff working there. They were extremely helpful and friendly, all the time assisting us on our requests. Special thanks to Santiago! Hotel is cozy, wifi is good. It was warm inside and hot bath made it special after day full of snowboarding. Hotel is located in 4 minutes drive from the nearest gondola. There're plenty of restaurants in the area, as well as groceries.

“Astonishing. Very comfortable, close to ski lift”

Amazing staff - very responsive and friendly. Very good breakfasts and dinners - huge variety Nice and clean room with everything you need Funicamp is very close, and free bus shuttle goes every 15 minutes from the hotel - from 8:30 am. Very convenient - skiing is from door to door. Recommend and will come back in the new season!

“The hotel and stay was good.”

The hotel offers good value for the price. We had a very positive experience with most of the staff, except for Carlos. Due to having two separate bookings, the hotel had to change our room, which is understandable. Maca and Ludmila were very accommodating—they provided us with a complimentary breakfast and did their best to make the transition as smooth as possible. Having to check out and check back in on the same day isn’t ideal, but their helpfulness made the process much easier.

Staff at the reception were wery kind and helpful. Apart from a few issues with the rooms I had a nice stay here.

The breakfast and the staff. Janicleber, who works at the reception, was simply a blast. He was extremely kind and helpful, a part from being a very pleasant person. He definitely made the difference and I would recommend the property based on the assistance provided from his end.
