“Perfect stay in Småland!”

This is a beautiful B&B in the Swedish countryside/Glass country between two lakes. Besides the modern room and a bathroom, you have a fully equipped kitchen to share with other guests. A really nice locally sourced breakfast is served with freshly made bread rolls, homemade sourdough, cheese, and cold cuts. The owners are friendly, always trying to help out and, simply, lovely. The hotel has its own farm shop and you can just take canoes and bikes. There is a big BBQ area, playground, saunas and, of course, the two lakes to swim in.

Wonderful place in beautiful surroundings, with a big focus on sustainability. The floating sauna, pizza oven and self-catering kitchen makes this a great place for hanging out with your lovede ones!

We visited Odevata during a family trip to Scandinavia. The facility met all our expectations. It is located in a secluded area with plenty of greenery, places for walking, swimming, fishing, and playing (e.g., a trampoline). We stayed outside the main building, with access to a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue area. The host was very friendly and always available. It’s an ideal base for shorter or longer car trips around the area.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with so many self-produced products. The location is beautiful and offers with the chickens and sheep a cosy countryside feeling, while providing a high level of comfort. You can do canoeing, fishing, swimming, walking in a wonderful nature, and there is much to play with for children. Additionally you are in a great spot for day trips, like glasriket, elk park, and Kalmar.

not a typical business hotel but since this was closest to our major factory in Emmaboda I gave a try and was good for 2 nights stay. I like the sustainable approach, very welcoming hosts.

everything!! it is such a lovely place on the lake, malin and magnus were so welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was with a lot of homemade things and the coffee delicious! our room was cozy and superclean, we had the best sleep in all sweden. we enjoyed the lake sauna a lot! a really really special place in smaland, we totally recommend it! hope to come back in Summertime one day!

“An amazingly quiet place to get away and charge batteries.”

The breakfast contained both homemade buns as well as locally produced toppings. It was simple but delicious! We got to use the sauna, and bathe in the ice cold water. It was revitalizing and amazing! The way the hosts look at the environment and try their best to do what they can to be environmentally friendly was great to see. That is what we like to support! We also loved sitting in their huge greenhouse and look at the bananas!
