Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. No check-in instructions, no PIN code for the key box, and absolutely no response from the property by phone or messages. I arrived late at night and was literally left outside with nowhere to sleep. Had to spend the night on the street and deal with extra transport and accommodation costs because of their negligence. Completely unacceptable and extremely stressful situation. Avoid this place at all costs.

I booked, and I went to the property it was full On the middle of the night they said we have no room and I had very bad memories from that night I slept in the car all night it was very cold and I spent 40 euros on fuel
