“Dirty pool, not working saunas and bad room cleaning.....”
the breakfast was good. location wise there are some nice views, if u can look around the electrical wires hanging through the valley. the hiking backpack also was a nice gesture. Rooms are decent size.

Very friendly staff, nice spa area, the location is very good in the heart of the black Forest, check-in/check-out very efficient, the breakfast is more than sufficient, we did not try the dinner though. The balcony of the room is big and very pleasant in the evening. Very quiet area. Very important, you can rent a e-bike (mountain bike) at the reception which allows you to discover quickly the area - we did it and were very happy with it.

Amazing place and location. Surrounded by mountains and forests. Everyone will found what to do in property. Many activities available for leisure till active stay. Food is amazing. Everyday new menu for dinner.

“Great wellness hotel to recover from hiking in this beautiful hiking area”
This was our last hotel after 3 days of hiking and it was a delight to recover. Lovely wellness, very friendly staff, beautiful hotel and delicious food! Really enjoyed our stay here!

everything was more than excellent ! I liked everything and here is my list: 1- location: you disconnect in the middle of the nature 2- breakfast: variety and lots of choices-excellent 3- bed: comfortable 4-cleanliness: perfect 5- Facilities and spa: great, clean and easy to access. you can access until 10 pm which is amazing for people who arived late like us. I advice you to not miss the massage 6-staff: great and friendly, they offered us a cake because it was the birthday of my partner, they lit a candle and wrote him a beautfiul paper. Small gests like those made his day more special ! thank you ! 7-value money: very good deal for what you get and the quality of the stay
