“Amazing stay, exceeded expectations”

Amazing little seaside holiday villas. I hadn’t appreciated that with the rooms in building two, you also get private outside seating space. Lovely bathroom with bath and rainfall shower. Amazing four poster bed. And free instant noodles!

Amazing location right across the road from the beach, the rooms are spacious with large comfortable beds. The view from both the 2nd and 3rd floor are stunning.

Room 303 is a cozy room. This room doesn't allow pets. The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved being able to cook our own food on the BBQ (which we purchased from the vendor that brought it on a truck from the market a bus ride away and also the 7/11. The room has a view of about 180° of coast. The little window opens for a fresh breeze. The beach is across the street. The neighborhood was friendly.

We stayed 16 nights total here. We had the opportunity to try 3 room styles. The attic, garden and this one (3 floor ocean view deck). All three were nice rooms. My least favorite was the garden room. My favorite was the attic. The staff was very nice. The response time to messages was good and friendly. There was a 7-11 about 1 block away. They let us use their bbq. The views were beautiful.

The view from the window was spectacular. The room was cozy. The towels and trash were taken care of daily. The host responded quickly and was kind. We received the most detailed directions on how to get to the property (including some pictures) we have ever received. The beach is right across the road. There is a 7-11 a few blocks away. The bus stop is right in front and the bus ran about every 30 minutes.

Very nice room. Excellent quality/price ratio. Just in front of a small nice beach.

“Nice room but no breakfast”

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. There's a bath which is a nice touch and it seemed quite clean. There's a beach opposite which is good for swimming. The bus stop is just outside and around 20 minutes from South Bay, 10 from Kenting. There's a 7-11 2 minutes away and some nice seafood restaurants nearby. The area is very quiet so good for a relaxed getaway.

Very close to the beach and all the sights, parking was available, the rooms were clean, spacious and pretty and the staff were kind and very helpful

Rooms were ok. We had the loft room which was quite dramatic, while a bunch of stairs. Our second room was a terrace room out back. Nice bathroom. Good bed. Both spacious.

Quiet, close to beach n walking distance to 7-11.

“Just my view”

The room space is big and comfort size. It splitted TV and mattress areas which help to focus leisure at one time. The mattress is facing sea view, definitely what I prefer view.

Big, spacious room that overlooked the sea. Across the road from a very nice beach and very close to the bus stop. Very responsive owner/manager.
