Staff at reception and restaurant are very polite and gentle. However, during my stay of two nights, in each morning I was surprised: cleaning lady open room door immediately before I was able to answer, and next morning staff just knocked and open door again just want to check the usage of minibar. I can hardly imagine it is common practice in such a decent resort, and as a frequent Traveller I did not have similar all over world. Hope it is my unique experience

So relaxed but attentive staff. Everyone was so happy and professional, ensuring we had a totally relaxing time. Loved the floating breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and it was absolutely dreamy. The staff was amazing!! They upgraded our room to make it more comfortable for the pregnancy and were responsive to everything we needed. The food at the restaurants was excellent, and the hotel itself is perfect! Incredible value for the price — a must-visit!

Lovely room with a fantastic view over the bay, very comfortable bed, lovely shower (small), tea & coffee facilities. A stones throw from the beach. The pool was lovely & clean. All the staff are lovely and friendly.

The hotel is lovely - I honestly don’t think Ive ever stayed anywhere as spotlessly clean, the facilities are great, pool is beautiful as is the small beach and staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is extremely steep but a series of lifts and golf carts mean you don’t really have to do any walking and there was complimentary wine and water on our first night. Breakfast buffet was wide ranging and tasty. Drinks and food by the beach were lovely, it’s expensive but that’s expected for a hotel like this.

The property had beautiful sea views and a great pool and beach. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was nice. There’s a choice of multiple restaurants too.

“A highend getaway”

The hotel has a great position. The views are incredible and it is close to enough to other parts of town to explore. Hotel were very helpful in finding taxis and any other things we needed. The pool area was great.
