“A lovely peaceful hotel with wonderful staff”

We were very impressed with the hotel. The cool living area in particular was great. You get great views and the surroundings are very pretty with lots of wild flowers. We found all of the staff to be very friendly and patient, going above and beyond to help us get our preferred dinner reservations. Its a quiet and peaceful resort, its not close to a town but we much preferred this. There are grab and go fridges where you can help yourself to cold drinks which was really handy. . The Meze lunch was amazing, Greco Levande dinners were very high standard, and both buffets always had a great selection. We hired a car from Heraklion airport and it took us about an hour 15 to get to the hotel, we would recommend this because we heard bus transfers can take up to 3 hours. Parking is a bit limited at the hotel but the staff took care of parking for us which was great. We didn't mind the steep walks up and down, occasionally catching the shuttles/buggies if they passed us.

- The Staff is this Resort's biggest strength. Their commitment to providing an above-and-beyond service is obvious. Great, hard working people who really contribute to elevating the stay. From the receptionists and the Concierges, to the drivers, room service and the restaurant staff -> thank you! - The room with a private pool is an absolute must. Private pool with a view, what's more to ask? - Food quality and options in every restaurant, from Buffet to A-La-Carte. Our 2 favourites were the Buffet dinner as well as the Greco Levante restaurant. - The hotel's beach with crystal clear water and delicious snacks - How relaxed we were during this holiday

The pool area was well maintained, with enough comfortable sun beds for everyone. The beach was a delight, with a bar and a restroom conveniently located nearby. The staff were generally super welcoming, professional, and friendly. The Friday DJ set was amazing.

“The most amazing views from the top pool area”

When we arrived I was not so sure about the resort. The first room we were given was terrible and overlooked a fence and garden. This was then changed to a perfect room with an amazing view. Once we went up to the top bar/restaurant and pools... wow!!! the views were breathtaking! It was so nice up there that even though we had a pool room we went up there everyday. The sunrise is amazing. Nice buffet breakfast and lunch (not the biggest selection of food but more than adequate). Overall the staff were fantastic and really friendly and helpful. Please be aware though that it is a big ask to walk up to the top. The resort runs a shuttle service and cars which you really need to use if you are coming from the bottom right up to the top. It really is a steep walk and hard going if you have a bad knee like me. Everything was included for us as we had 'Cool Living' in our booking and this is a must as it allows the upstairs and booking the onsite restaurants rather than the buffet restaurant only.

The location is breathtaking, the architecture blends beautifully with the natural surroundings, and the peaceful atmosphere invites you to relax from the very first moment. Everything is tastefully designed and impeccably maintained. From the warm welcome to the smallest attentions throughout our stay, the service was flawless. The entire staff was incredibly kind and professional — always ready to assist with a smile. A very special thank you to Chrisa, who truly made a difference. She was supportive, helpful, and incredibly warm, going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Her genuine care and kindness touched us deeply. We left with unforgettable memories and are already dreaming of coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

The staff at this accommodation were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room offered a beautiful sea view, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. The variety of food and drinks available was impressive and catered to many tastes. Additionally, our room was clean, spacious, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We loved everythinng about this hotel, the rooms were clean and comfy with a great view, the staff is amazing!!! the best .cutomer service we had in a hotel, from the first minute of arriving everybody was so nice and pleasnat always with a smile The stay at the beach was amazing, there was a DJ, cocktail bar, drinks and snacks. Lovely staff who always made sure we .had a good time. the water sports on the beach were great and the staff at the beach were lovely . thank you we surley will come back:)
