Most beautiful sea views from our balcony across to Spinalonga on the left and Elounda town and the Bay of Mirabello on the right. Really kind hearted and hospitable staff who made you feel welcome. Amazing swimming pool and subtropical garden. Portobello Apartments have beautiful antiques in the rooms and communal areas. Adequate kitchen facilities. The pool bar sells reasonably priced drinks. Breakfast can be bought there too. The owner invited us to her Greek Easter party.

The apartment was self-catering. The cleaning service was excellent. The beds were comfortable. Storage space was plentiful. The residence was quiet and well situated overlooking the sea. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room had a Beautiful sea view, The cleanness is to a very high standard.Towels and sheets changed every other day . The Location is the best . With a 2 minute walk to the beach . And 5 minutes walk to shops and Restaurants. You really feel you are in the heart of Elounda.

It has a nice bar and pool area which is small and pleasant , staff are great and the cleaners did a great job, the rooms are not state of the art but typical greek small hotel style, The Beach is straight across the road and has plenty of Sun beads no need to rush. I have been to Elunda 5-6 times and still have not eaten in all the restaurants available ,nice town and nice people,

The apartment we stayed was outstanding. Spacious, beautifully authentically decorated (including furniture) and perfect for our stay. We had a sea view suite and it was just lovely offering views of Elounda and the beach which was 50 yards away. The pool area, bar and gardens - outstanding. Everything you could ever want. We will be back.

Everything was great. fantastic location opposite the beach and right on the edge of the town close to bars and restaurants, Joanna the manageress was amazing, super helpful at all times as was the girl who cleaned our room every day. Fantastic pool bar and restaurant and again fantastic staff. This was our second stay here and would highly recommend it.

The excellent hotel exceeded our expectations! The location allowed us to be on the wonderful beach in one minute, as well as at any other time, as it is literally across the road. Despite of our early arrival at 9 am, we were met by the hospitable Joanna. She suggested spending time before check-in in hotel cozy pool bar. If you want, eat, drink, relax in the pool or lie on a sun lounger in the shade. We were placed in room No. 7. Excellent! Spacious room with mini kitchen, electric kettle, toaster, small electric stove, refrigerator, all the necessary kitchen units to prepare breakfast ourselves, what we did. And then we ate it on balcony looking at gentle sea. It was quite hot during our stay, but air conditioner was working well. The room has very spacious wardrobe, bedside tables and other necessary little things that allowed us to feel, maybe not at home, but like at close friends. Irma kept our room clean every day. Our enormous gratitude to her, and probably to other staff, whom we did not know, but thanks to them our vacation was beyond the best. Elounda is a wonderful town, and the hotel is its pearl. I am even afraid to tell even more because there may not be any free places when we definitely want to go back there. We felt special warmth and attention to us from Joanna! Joanna, you are amazing! For us, Ukrainians, this time was like therapy. Having returned to our place in Zhitomir, we are confident in the support of ordinary Greeks.
