The view is utterly stunning - we just wanted to sit on our 3rd floor balcony and soak up the view. We even got up for dawn both mornings just to experience the splendor! The staff were incredible as well, warm, friendly, and very accommodating. We will be back!

Heavens edge really like a beautiful building in heaven. The staff , management they always greet you well and having very cooperative behaviour. Third facilities are extra ordinary. I liked their buffet dinner. I got the room with very beautiful scenic view of the water fall..

Mold everywhere in room…mold on the paperrolls, sink, walls..they forgot to clean our room, we found dirty underwear from the previous clients on the bed..just disgusting how careless the staff is and on top not even a sorry. Noisy the whole night because people shouted around in the hotel corridor! Just continue to rip off people and you will see who will visit you at the end..nobody anymore. Total disaster and we got ill after your horrible breakfast!

Location, easily accessible to Ella, views. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable & chef very obliging. We arrived late when lunch had ended but the chef was happy to cook us lunch.

“Great hotel to spend my time in Ella!”
Staff were attentive and courteous. View from the rooms were amazing! Breakfast was nice specially if you seat outside to enjoy the view. The location was okay, no problem going down to the main street. Going up you might need to take tuktuk as it is quite a walk even with the shortcut (stairs).

Fabulous views. Very well managed, refurbished place. Super clean. Helpful and competent staff. Good food. Only around 10 minutes walk into the centre, as long as you don't mind steps.

Sanjaya the manager is a fantastic host. Breakfast was awesome. And the view... Well why climb little Adams Peak when you are looking down on it! Authentic 360-degree views. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. There is a walking track down to the town centre which is great too.

The absolute picture perfect view of Ella. It was amazing. I have stayed at many hotels, the view cannot and will not be matched. I'd like to also say the staff were exceptional. I highly recommend staying at this hotel
