We had a thoroughly pleasant stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it without hesitation. We traveled as a group and booked four rooms in total. All rooms were well equipped, clean, and fully functional. Notably, this was the first accommodation on our trip that even had a television, which we greatly appreciated. The bathrooms, including the showers, worked perfectly – everything was in excellent condition. A special thank you goes to Satheesh, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. His service was consistently attentive, friendly, and professional. We would also like to thank the owner, Salliya and his Wife, who warmly welcomed us and took the time to explain how to visit the local attractions and make the most of our time in the area. The family atmosphere made us feel truly welcome and comfortable. Currently, renovation work is being carried out on the upper floors, which will further enhance the quality of the hotel in the near future. Even now, the hotel is highly recommendable – and once the renovations are completed, it will be even more attractive. We would gladly return anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

From the start, the hotel was in contact with me. They were constantly checking on my arrival. The whole stay was very cosy, clean and its near to most of the tourist spot. The food was amazing. The hospitality was fabulous too.

We enjoyed our stay in this Nine Arch Holiday Resort. The staff were excellent and all our meals were superb. The evening rice and curry was our favourite meal. The little walks around the property overlooking the tea plantation were stunning with little nooks for reading. So private and peaceful. Beautiful and super relaxing. In fact this was our favourite stay in Sri Lanka and we wish we could have stayed longer. The level of service was also fantastic, but also felt nice and relaxed at the same time.

The property is just amazing! The rooms are extremely high quality, as are all the services. The staff are so accommodating and kind. The views are incredible, They have excelent free WiFi system too. I would love to go back Again.

“The most comfortable hotel”

We had a great time at Ella Nine Arch Holiday Resort. The place is located outside the city, in a very peaceful area with a 2km distance to Nine Arch Bridge. The breakfast was delicious and very rich. Mr. Saliya and his family made us feel very welcome and they helped us a lot during our stay. They organize tuktuk tours for a very reasonable price. Mr. Saliya is a great host and very friendly towards us and always smiling and trying to help.

Very nice and comfortable rooms. The 1st floor 3 rooms are perfect fot 3 couples. The staff are very friendly and the man who in charge for booking is very nice and his communication through phone was very helpful for us.

This property is a little outside of the main Ella ‘rush’, so it’s perfectly suited for someone doing a road trip. I loved the position, the property, the room, the food (thank you Grandma) and most of all the family. Such a warm welcome and really nothing was too much trouble.

Set just outside Ella town. Walkable if you want, 8 minutes Tuk Tuk. Staff very helpful and showed us the route to the 9 arch Bridge 45 min walk
