Exceptionally attentive host without any communication problems (speaks German, English and Czech), very nice stylish spacious clean apartment, decorated with love. We were 3 people and have stayed in 2 rooms apartment / ground floor, but the house has another 3 apartments for larger groups of people. Definitely great value for asked money. Well equipped kitchen with the fridge, cooking surface, coffee machine (pads for extra price available in the apartment) and all necessary cutlery and dishes. “Bistro” with some snacks, wine and sweets is in the apartment, prices are fair, assortment is for nearly each taste (olives, chips, sweets, cookies, chocolate). Bathroom is very spacious and has a window with a view at Arber. Parking is behind the house (a bit tight, but gut up to 4-5 cars). Location is perfectly central. Food shop is in front of the house, cafés and bars - parallel street. Arber and Spičak mountains are very close to the house. Mt. Lusen, Falkenstein, Gr. Rachel are reachable within 1 hour by car. Definitely would recommend !

“Good accommodation with good value for money”

The property is located on the main road, but quieter than expected, thanks to double glass windows. We had the apartment "Johanna" with 6 beds, on the upper floor of the house. One of the bedrooms is located in the back, so that room is completely quiet. The beds were comfortable enough. For cooking all utensils were provided; only salt, pepper and oil should be brought along (available in the shop opposite), as well as an additional towel for the dishes. Shop and money exchange directly opposite, open daily until 10 pm. 1 minute walk to the bus stop, 7 minutes walk to the train station (we arrived by train).
