“Place to chill out”
We had are own space and a smoking area. Its local to our family who live 5 minutes up the road and it was great to be able to go out and spend time without driving far. Great community around the area too. If you try to speak Spanish they will try to speak English as good as they can. Overall this is a good local place and there are few of things to do in the area.

Location is fantastic, only a short walk to the City Centre and Rail links. Tidy and clean. Easy access, even at late hours. Clear concise instructions before check-in. Kitchen facilities are excellent, each room has its own set of cutlery / crockery / utensils. Designated space in the fridge-freezer. Microwave and hob are clean. Very satisfying stay overall. Excellent value for money.

“Avoid this place”
There was nothing to like. They overcharged me for the room that was supposed to have a private bathroom but did not have it, and the bed was full of bedbugs—not just a couple of them, but a full bed. Bugs were running on walls...seriously disgusting place. I moved out the same evening and didn't sleep there, not even a single night. They did not issue a refund, nor did they refund what I had overpaid.

Perfect location in elche. Everything on your doorstep. Lovely clean rooms. And perfect facilities. We had the private bathroom option,and it was lovely.

Easiest instructions on how to access the property, amazing central location, the rooms are the size of a proper bedroom that fits 2 people and all their stuff comfortably.

Excellent value for money. Common areas were spotless. Nice terrace area to eat or even work from. Very comfortable, enjoyed my week here and the location is a short stroll from the centre, trains etc.check-in was very easy even with my late arrival.
