The service was excellent. The entire hotel staff deserves a medal. We felt well-cared for throughout our stay: excellent communication before arrival, efficient check-in (our room was ready and we were able to check in early, and the receptionist provided us with helpful information about the hotel), and upon check-out at 4 a.m., we received a takeaway breakfast (which we had requested in advance). We were also offered hot coffee/tea-to-go to take with us together with take-away breakfast, which was very nice. The bathroom was very spacious and comfortable, the beds very large and wide with comfortable mattresses ensured a good night's sleep. The toiletries in the bathroom smelled wonderful, and the orange blossom-scented shower gel was amazing! The cleaning ladies kept everything clean. The breakfasts were delicious with a good selection of dishes – sweet and savory, hot and cold. The waiters made every effort to ensure the dining room was always provided with food and the tables were clean. The hotel's surroundings are atmospheric and wonderful – the garden with a pool and loungers under palm trees allows for deep relaxation. It was a true chill-out experience – I wish more hotels offered such a chill-out atmosphere. We'd love to return!

Love the location in Elche. Hotel is well presented clean and welcoming . Lovely facilities with pool area. Restaurants and cafe massage and sauna as well as a gym . Lovely breakfast choices and all fresh .

The staff is amazing! So friendly and helpful ♥️ We loved the location too, not far from the center and surrounded by palms. The food at the Taula restaurant is something else, very refined and good value for the money if one chooses to have it included (there’s a different menu than à la carte). The room was big and clean, we enjoyed our stay there.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty and had a good selection. Dinner was a set menu, but every day you could choose from different dishes. At dinner the staff was extremely friendly and always helped you find the right dish.

The setting of the hotel and outside area was very good. The restaurant outside was excellent and the staff were very good . A easy walk into town

The room was comfortable with all required facilities. Our room had a good view out onto the rear garden area. The breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice and looked fresh and recently prepared. The pool was large, beautifully clean and had plenty of sun loungers interspersed amongst the palm trees for guest use. We found the staff in both the hotel and restaurant helpful and friendly. There was plenty of parking space at a good value price. Would definitely return to this hotel, if in the area again.
