Looked new & clean. Very nice receptionist, she even found me milk for my tea. The room was bigger than expected, liked the curtain that kept out light. Bathroom was impressive, good to encourage towel use to minimum. Bed very comfy, but would have liked the option of a cover / blanket as felt cold in the early hours.

Clean, pleasant staff and good location for Alicante airport. Also can walk to Elche old town (about 25 minutes) or use the bus.

“Clean and tidy hotel with welcoming staff.”
Clean and tidy hotel with helpful staff. Secure parking available in an underground car park for nominal fee. I was travelling with my dog and the receptionist provided a complimentary bag containing a collapsible water bowl, a dog treat and poo bags, which was a nice touch.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was large and the bedding was luxurious. The room was spacious and light. Great shower. We didn't eat breakfast but it looked good.

room was alright quite a standard hotel room, bathroom a litle outaded looking but shower and toilet seam to be updated.
