“Great view and friendly staff”

Very nice hotel and friendly staff, but most did not speak English very well. Not many guests stayed while we were there, so it was quiet and we had parking for our car. The indoor pool and sauna were great for us. Rooms are nice comfy and clean with TV and AC. Amazing view from the hotel

The staff is always friendly and attentive. Breakfast isn’t buffet-style—they serve it fresh upon arrival, so the egg dish is always warm and perfectly cooked. The view of the city is stunning, and the pools and sauna are a fantastic bonus. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

A spacious and clean room, a properly functioning air conditioner, a minibar, a modern bathroom, a large balcony, a TV with internet access, a lovely terrace breakfast, helpful staff, and a reasonable price — everything was simply wonderful. I especially recommend it for families with children, as there are plenty of opportunities for kids to spend their time.

Hi, We stayed there for one night and everything was perfect. The rooms, views and the resort were very clean and new. I want to thank the guy at the reception as he was very friendly and kind with us, he even helped us with things that weren’t his job. I really recommend this place, if you want to have a relaxing holiday with a stunning view of the Elbasan city. Many thanks to the staff, will definitely come back:)

We had a wonderful stay at Panorama Resort in Elbasan. The hotel is located on top of the mountain, offering breathtaking views over the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking if everything is okay. There can be a small language barrier at times, but it’s never a real problem. The hotel is still working on some final touches, but it’s clear that step by step it’s becoming a truly great place to stay. A special mention goes to the man at the reception – his hospitality and helpfulness are simply invaluable for the hotel. All in all, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!
