“Fantastic service, rooms are good value for money”

The staff at Benidorm are very helpful, responsive and friendly. The rooms are basic but had everything we needed and we were offered to have our room cleaned daily, with fresh towels, soap and bottles of water provided. The service couldn't have been better.

Owner was really nice. Room, kitchen and bathroom were really clean. Breakfast was good. Nice and quiet at night. Really enjoyed our stay.

Hot water. I don't care if it is a hostile, must have hot water for a shower. The bed was comfortable.

They told me to go away and that it was booking.com that had booked me a third night by mistake. I am not impressed by the way i was treated.

The location is prime, the neighbours are so friendly, very simple features nothing complicated, secure area, quiet, very clean, very friendly host. Beautiful garden. There are informations posted, but aren’t rules posted everywhere so the place feels like home. It’s free feeling.

we had to leave a night before because the owner was really rude to us. we haven't felt welcomed from the beginning. She has ignored our messages completely, even we have traveled with our 2 year old son and we would have needed her support with bed sheets. A total failure!

Beautiful surrounding, good location-10 minutes from big street, 20 minutes to restaurants etc (by foot), nice bathroom. Hostel was nicely clean all the time.

“Great place to stay for hiking”

We loved it here. Comfortable bed, fans in room, mosquito nets on windows and a big communal kitchen. Breakfast was included and was delicious, we got to choose our timings for this. Very close to the hiking trail starting points and only a short walk from the centre of town but most buses also drop off nearer to the Hostal. No road noise throughout the night.

Lovely little place tucked away from the busy town center just a short walk away. Friendly owners and the shared kitchen was very clean. Nice views from the courtyard garden. You can get the bus to Panama and other places right outside.

“Lovely Hostel”

Nice Location, friendly staff, good breakfast, hammocks outside, little Garden.

It's a small hostel about 15 minutes walk from the centre of town but close to the start of the India Dormida hike. A nice breakfast cooked fresh of eggs, toast and fruit. The bed in our room was really comfortable.

“There is hot water, people just don't know how to use it”

Great location close to the hike La India Dormida, very friendly host and nice breakfast (pancakes, scrambled eggs and fruit) To use the hot shower here is the tip. On top of the shower head move the switch to the black dot. But then the most important part. Don't open the tap all the way!! The water won't get warm because it's going to fast through the shower head. So open it just a little bit. The less water comes out the hotter it gets. And here you go...you will enjoy a nice warm shower :) For the price it's a comfortable room but don't expect luxury. The room is not sound proof so bring earplugs for a good sleep. The kitchen is great and free to use

It was how it was. Not the worst , but by far from the best. Rooms were small. Like really small. Breakfast was good.

The location is a bit out of town, but next to the starting point of the famous trail. And it was quite. The room was big and we had a Moskito net at the window and the breakfast in the morning was really good. The owner could help us with getting the right bus and with the hikes. We had a lovely stay.

Great breakfast

A lovely location a short walk from El Cruce supermarket and easy to get to the start of the popular Indira hike or to the main street. The owner is lovely and lives next door. I was very lucky to be the only person staying so it was like having a casita all to myself! Two hammocks outside perfect for relaxing in! Good wifi too and cooked breakfast prepared each morning.
