The hotel is in a beautiful quiet area, with parking available near by . The staff was very nice and friendly. We had an issue in our room regarding the heating but they solved it with a good upgrade of room . Food was excellent. Recommend

The breakfast was quite complete and the dinner menu was made with high quality ingredients. The room was clean and amenities provided were correct. The staff has been helpful and friendly providing always clear and complete explanation about everything. They also have a common room with nice armchairs and babyfoot.

Good breakfast, plenty of options. Reasonably quiet. Warm and pleasant welcome. No penalty for arriving a day late, which was my fault. English spoken.

Ticked full set of scammer checklist: - Scanned passport - which they are not allowed to do by law. - Demanded to give them bank card and wrote down card details - SCAM, card was frozen immediately behind their back and disposed. - Dimmed lights to hide dirty room and save on cleaning. - Restaurant is a tourist scam. - All hotels in El Serrat village seems to be owned by single operator and they have good setup to cheat tourists, scam at max. in hotels and eliminate any shops or cafes near by - you can not buy anything in there - there are no shops, restaurants or petrol stations in there, just hotels owned by one owner and operated by foreign slave workforce. For Dinner expect frozen fries cut in squares - so they look like "patatas bravas", presented as "patatas bravas"... :D For Breakfast expect to "extract" egg yolks from pond of oil as the only edible you can obtain in this village.

The location of the hotel is great. The personnel are polite, the hotel in general is clean and quiet.

“An okay stay in a great location for accessing some beautiful hiking trails”

I was passing through the village whilst doing the Coronallacs hike, and this hotel was one of the lower cost options that was available for a one night stop. The location was therefore good as it was right on the trail, and the surrounding countryside was spectacular. The shower worked well and there was a bar and restaurant on site. A buffet breakfast was included in the price. The lady on the reception was friendly and helpful.
