Great location to explore the different Mayan sites. Nice and helpful staff. Nice facilites great for kids. Just the room was very humid. Nice food.

Friendly staff, the pool area was really nice. We saw monkeys by the pool a view times. You can hear the howlermonkeys at night and in the morning wich adds to the Jungle vibe of the Hotel. The Hotel is a great place to relaxt and rest after trips to Tikal.

The location in a natural reserve with a private beach is exceptional. The facilities are very well kept and staff go above and beyond to make your stay in the hotel and experience in Peten a trip to remember. Kevin Guerra from the reception orgsnized fantastic tours for my family, the service providers were excellent.

we love the deck , and the staff was beyond amazing! everyone was super nice and helpful. The hotel helped us book a tour to Tikal with Danilo and it was amazing! Beds are comfy , hotel is really nice in the jungle.

Beautiful location, great lake acces, close to Tikal, great service. The food was good and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. Would stay again.

“Wonderful Stay”

The place is awesome and situated in the jungle with access to the lake. You can Kayak and swim and everything was wonderful. The rooms were clean. The pool, lobby and common areas were great too.

Absolutely overpriced. it must have been a nice hotel 20+ years ago. wifi does not work and for an hotel pretending to be of high level and with that price is a non sense. at night they had a barbecue dinner and they were cocking exactly in the same area were they were serving food to guests with the results that all of us were smelling burnt coal.

“Beautiful lakeside hotel”

The hotel is very nice, food is pricey but good, the staff is so friendly and the beach is beautiful. you can listen to birds and monkeys hawling all day.
