“Cozy house at an excellent location”

A new, clean and stylish house with a great terrace (view of the new volcano and the ocean). Well equipped with everything for a comfortable stay, including heating and fans (the weather was perfect during my stay so I didn't need either, but I can imagine them coming in handy). The location is perfect for exploration, practically in the middle of the island but it's still a relatively quiet rural area. You can drive to a nice beach or a great hiking trail within 15-20 minutes. Los Llanos is a 10 minutes drive, but there is also a couple of very nice restaurants within walking distance. Otherwise you will need a car, of course, but parking at the property is super easy.

We loved our cottage 41C. Lovely pair of comfy sofas. In the bathroom we had a bidet and washing machine. Huge Terrace with chairs and table. Big bathroom sink and a good shower. Twin towel rails good for a couple Decent wooden hangers in wardrobe Good WiFi. There was a Drip coffee machine and a Moka pot A microwave Our very own off road parking space

Location was excellent especially for viewing the recent eruption at Cumbre Veija. The viewing area at Mirador de Tajuya is no more than 1 minutes walk away. The volcano is 2.1 miles away!!

Very nice place, roomy with nice living/dining/kitchen area and plenty of space inside. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are big too. There is also a lovely sitting area under the porch. Property is well situated being pretty much central to all parts of the island (car hire recommended) and within just over an hour's drive to northern part of the island.(La Fajana or Parque Cultural La Zarza). There used to be nice views to the south before the volcano eruption happened and currently it has spectacular views of the active volcano itself. It is sad how badly the areas nearer to the volcano and its lava paths have been affected though in the recent days. Very nice and supportive hosts. Highly recommended.
