This is a construction site with various cabins being constructed and large drops off the pathway where building is occurring. Our cabin was barely finished, there were nails poking out the stairs and open wires hanging out the wall. There other cabins were equipped with a fire but ours was not so our family of 4 had to sleep in one bed due to the cold. There were large nails poking out of the wooden balcony (my husband pulled out 2). We left after only one night of our stay.

We loved the location being slightly out of the main part of SJDP. The view is breathtaking and it has been imprinted in my mind. And exceptional walk to the cabin which has been beautifully laid out and cared for. You can see the love for the foliage and the environment. Well done to the team. The cabin (4) is ample in size and lots of blankets and we had a heater as evenings were cold. The staff (Mrs Horastia and Omar) weee world class and Omar was always available to message and very responsive. Accomodation was very clean. Also the kitchen has almost everything you need. It was quite private and only the second night we had neighbours who seemed to be a bit loud but did quieten at 10pm ish. We felt it definitely offered good privacy. There is some construction happening in front of cabin 3 - so enquire before booking :)

The location was fantastic. The view from the terrace was absolutely amazing, the sunset was magical. The apartment was lovely and exactly as described. It was about a 10 minute walk into the centre of San Jose and we got a tuk tuk back each evening for only 10 pesos each! Carlos was very helpful and helped us get a bus to our next destination the next day. Tip: If you're travelling on to the Oaxacan coast from here by bus, book the bus well in advance as they fill up very quickly! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back.

“A beautiful place to visit once in your life”

This was my first visit to Mexico and I must say it is an amazing place. By the way, we stayed in Cabin 2 and Cabin 3. Cabin 2 is quite spacious, and Cabin 3 is a one-room but unique with a large wood stove. ［Cabin 2］ It is a two-story house with a kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms and a small terrace on the second floor. The view from the terrace is something you can't understand unless you come here. It also keeps your room clean and completely protects you from the cold. ［Cabin 3］ This is a one-room apartment, but it has a wood stove and a large terrace. Drinking coffee while looking at the starry sky and the fire in the stove was something special. Both were fantastic and amazing The owner is also kind and helpful. He was happy to help me even though I am not fluent in English or Spanish. I want to thank him, the house and San Jose del Pacífico. Thank you so much for this time.

“In the middle of nature”

Beautiful place with amazing views. The landlords are super nice and friendly. We arrived really late and they managed to give us a warm welcome. Only a few minutes walk to the center and only 2 min walk there is a small shop where you can get all the basics. We loved it and can absolutely recommend the gorgeous place 😊

“Stunning cabin with the most perfect view of sunset and the stars!”

The property has stunning gardens and an incredible view of the mountains and sunset - better than any in town! At night you can see stars so clearly! We stayed for two nights and spent our time hiking in the surrounding area. The property was incredibly clean and well supplied, we’re very sad we didn’t get to stay longer!

Loved how easy the access was - although instead of being in the lockbox when we arrived the door was just open. We arrived late at night so before trying the door we walked around a bit. would have been great to know we could walk right in :)

There were three adults and 2 kid. Had to be careful with the sterp terrain with the 4 yr old. Good kitchen. Increíble views

Such a lovely place to stay. Very clean and well kept. The view from the balcony was stunning, and on the other site of the road you can do a wonderful temascal if you are interested. we would definitely stay here again!
