Very nice hotel, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything- from carrying suitcase to booking a tricycle. We liked location as it wasn’t in El Nido Town strict centre but only 10-15 mins scooter ride away:)

I used two rooms - the refrigerators in both rooms did not work, and could not cool drinks lower than room temperature. My second room faced the sunshine and even with curtains closed the aircon did not keep it cool. With excellent fish and sea-food everywhere it was very disappointing that the restaurant did not offer locally sourced fish dishes.

Not much selection on the buffet but the food being served is nice. My son got a little sick from the travel and couldn’t eat right away in the morning. The staff are very understanding and let us take some food back to our room, which we really appreciate. The room we got is very spacious, with big beds and a balcony. The shower pressure is a bit weak but the handheld one works fine which I find a bit odd. The pool is clean and maintained regularly. The property also has a small gym but we are not able to use it as we are always out.

THE POOL. we got really excited when we got to our room and we got the very end pool, it was a bit more private and less awkward to stay at. the ac was leaking on our second day but it was okay cause they fixed it right away. overall, this stay was amazing!

“Very mixed emotions…”

Our stay at Charlie’s left us with mixed emotions. The only reason for a passable score is because of the room we stayed in. We stayed in the Premium room for 3 nights and it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The best was massive and very comfortable. The floors were mopped everyday which was fantastic! The view was also lovely, seeing over the jungle rather than other rooms. But this view is only available in the Premium room, and there are only 3 of these rooms. Bathroom was very clean and also really big! The facilities were decent. The top pool seemed to be the most clean, rather than the lower pool. There were free shuttles going to El Nido Town and Lio Beach, however these were not frequent at all. The location of the property wasn’t bad, it was close to the airport and Lio Beach. There is a little distance between the hotel and El Nido Town, grabbing a tricycle ride for 15min for around ₽300. Some of the staff were pleasant and helpful, whilst others were absolutely not.

Great location, only 10 minutes ride from the El Nido airport. Clean, fresh, modern and comfortable hotel with it's own free shuttle to the nearest Lio beach (a great one indeed) and to the downtown center.

“Worth the money”

Gym, 2 pools and gave me a free poolside upgrade without asking. Much better than Al Amara where I also stayed.

Cozy, clean and absolutely love the ambiance! IThe staff are very kind and accomodating. They even packed a breakfast for us since we had to leave the hotel at 6am sharp to catch a flight and the breakfast will start at 6:30am. I really appreciate it!
