Owner is very helpful and nice with their guests. They were at our arrival and at departure. Owner made all she can to support us for other local services excluded from their perimeter, but did it to be nice and supportive. Villa is great for 4 people with cleaning done every day. Swiming pool availabe as well as nice terrasse for your breakfast or dinner.

The villa is an newly built house with two nice bedrooms and one bathroom - great to share with friends! Extremely friendly host Mat who was taking so good care of us and provided everything we needed for our stay 👌

What I really liked about the property was the pool, the beautiful outdoor space, and the privacy it offers. The host was also excellent — very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

Mat was an amazing host, he was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to any questions I had about the property. He greeted us upon arrival and also brought our bags down to the villa (it had just been raining so the long driveway was a little muddy). He thoroughly explained the property as well as great activities to do in town. It was so nice to have the private pool aswell which is maintained by the staff each day so it is in pristine condition. Overall the stay was superb we felt very at home here, would stay again. Thanks again Mat!

We loved the villa. It's located in a quiet place near the airport. The lady, her name is Sha, was very helpful. She met us when we arrived in the evening, and recommended a place for dinner and helped us to rent a bike which was delivered the next morning. The outside area was quite big and nice, the pool was big and clean. The villa inside was super clean, there was Netflix on TV. The cleaning staff came every day to clean the area and the pool, and they always sent us a message to make sure if it's ok if they come at this time. Thanks for respecting out privacy! Sha always asked if there is something she could help us with, thank you so much!

Mat is terrific. I can't think how he could have been better for us - helpful, available, well informed....perfect host. My dialogue with him before our stay was also 100% truthful. Really excellent. The house is in very good shape, clearly built by a westerner (Mat) with good taste. And all amenities. It was also well located for us - near the main road, and near both to El Nido town and to the Lio resort.

Our host- Matt - is extremely helpful. He helped us with organizing renting of motorbikes, diving activity and storing of luggage. Matt is very communicative person. His house is very convenient and we fully recommend this place.

Great private property, very romantic. So closer and convenient to El Nido town and Lio beach. Locals very friendly. The house was very clean, staff were very accomodating, daily cleaning. Host helped us with alot of recommended activities

In a nutshell, Mathieu’s the all time best host one can ever have to chance to have, very professional, quite available and willing to help as well as a great source of recommendations to lurk around El Nido (he basically knows everyone & everywhere). Also, the villa is just breathtaking, neat & have every single thing a group of people may need to have the greatest confort. I extremely recommend !
