Although short, I enjoyed my stay at Azur hotel: the staff was always very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The hotel is in a walkable distance from the city centre and restaurants; as it’s on the side street, there is hardly any noise during the night. Would recommend!

“An affordable but amazing hotel in tripoli's mina area”

The hotel is amazing. It's an old renovated building that is just very beautiful. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful with anything we asked for. The location is also in a calm and quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. It's even just a 10 minute walk to the corniche which is great.

Very quite place

Brand new hotel located in the most picturest part of the old Al Mina quarter. Affordable and clean hotel .

It's a beautifully rennovated house built in a specific architectural style. And it's in the middle of Al Mina area which is close to everything there.

“Excellent Hotel”

The location was easily accessible , nevertheless I found certain difficulty in parking my car. Before I leave the hotel, I found on my email that the hotel has sent me a message that I could have parked in a safe location for just $3 only.

My parents stayed 1 night at Azur Suites Hotel & Apartment. The staff were nice and they got a special upgrade to a suite instead of Queen room at the same room rate. Yet there were Cockroachs and Ants on the fridge and in the bathroom despite the cleaned area. This was their only concern about their stay at this hotel. The location was great at the Mina Center.

Very nice place to stay in Tripoli, friendly staff, who gave us some recommendations on what to see in the city next day. Great location close to the historical district, it is right around the corner. The furniture is a bit old, but its ok. I would recommend this place, even though its quite pricy.

1. Staff: The staff at the check in was just concerned about collecting the room fee and did not provide any other information about the hotel, room, facilities or anything. There was no one to help with the luggage especially there was no elevator to booked room. Also the staff didnt bother to guide me to the room until, the owner asked to do so. 2. Maintenence/bathroom: the room requires proper Maintenence for the plumbing, as the sink was leaking the dirty used water on the floor. The shower is not practile at all and the Maintenence of it is bad. Also the toilet's water spray is very low in pressure. 3. Cleanliness: The room was not cleaned at all during my stay. Also I notices that there were cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. 4. Security: No Security personnel found at the facility.

“Great oasis of tranquility from Mina’s chaos”

The place was an oasis of tranquility in the chaos of Mina. The staff was super welcoming, including the two wonderful cats they have. The facilities looked really good and the room was comfortable, clean and secluded. The bed was comfortable too. The toilet small but had everything you needed. The neighborhood is not the most welcoming but that’s fine.

Courteous staff. Hassle-free check-in and check-out. Completely equipped apartment . Bedroom and living room with kitchenette. Clean. I highly recommend this apartment. We stayed there twice and had no stipulations.
