“Spectacular views, lovely hosts”

Lovely location, superb mountain views, spectacular sunsets and a beautifully maintained securely fenced garden for our whippets. Fantastic outdoor space for bbqs in warmer weather. Space to park campervan right next to the house. Delightful hosts, very considerate, obliging and easy communication.

“Relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable”

The grounds of the villa are amazing, beautifully tended planting and incredible views. The hosts were really nice checking in every couple of days to make sure everything was ok and even left me a lovely bottle of wine on arrival. There’s a great size salt water swimming pool, so refreshing after a morning hiking. Standing watching the peaceful surroundings and the stunning sunsets will just make you smile. The location is ideal for exploring the great trails in that area, plus beautiful small villages and of course Ronda which was lovely. The kitchen has everything you’d want and you just had to plan your shopping when you are out as the closest large supermarket is around 30 minutes away. Nice easy roads to access the villa all concrete when you come off the main road. Still some trails I’d like to do in that area that unfortunately were closed when I was there, so hopefully that will be a great excuse to return to the villa in the future.

“A place to really relax”

Such a lovely home in an incredible location. The outside area exceeded our expectations. Such amazing views, very clean pool big enough for some swimming. You have complete privacy here and it was just what we wanted. You can walk to El Gastor in about 25-30 mins where there are places to eat and small shops. Very quiet and friendly town. You will need to check food serving times though as most only serve after 8pm. Recommend going to a bigger supermarket to stock up before you arrive at property. This is a place to really switch off with a book and a glass of wine. Admire the views and take in the peace and quiet.

The hosts are lovely and met us when we arrived. The house is just what we needed for some good walks and peace and quiet. There's many places nearby and the nearest village is a 25 min walk away.

Met by the helpful owners and toured the facilities. stunning outside area with views and an welcoming pool. Great location which was very peaceful but close enough to areas to explore like Ronda, El gastor, Setenil de las bodegas and Seville. Well equipped kitchen with a great bbq area outside.

The location is very nice with a marvellous view. The house, the pool, the garden are all excellent. The owners were very welcoming and interested. We highly recommend this place.

Amazing house in great location. Quiet place with great views. The house has everything you need. The host was very helpful and kind. This is an ideal location, especially for those who like to spend their holidays away from crowded cities.

“Peaceful and tranquil”

Amazing view and pool area, Every thing you needed with a fully equipped kitchen and nicely furnished. The place was easy to find and unlike other villas I've stayed at the roads leading up where smooth and straight forward. Good hosts who couldn't do enough to help.

“Amazing views and fantastic place”

Amazing location, incredible views and a lovely place to spend time. So many different areas to sit and of course the saltwater pool which was very necessary during the recent heatwave! Lovely owners who met us and then kept in touch via whatsapp. A short drive (5 mins) or a 30 min walk from El Gastor which is a beautiful 'white' village with nicr bars, shops and not in the least 'touristy'. Real Andalucian life. Also many other lovely towns to visit nearby. Lots of walking trails nearby including a few 1000m+ easyish climbs (breathtaking views). Easy day trips to Cadiz, Jerez, Seville etc but it's really hard to leave...
