We absolutely loved this hotel. A highlight of our stay in Argentina. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was amazing. The views were incredible, the entire team were so professional and welcoming, and the restaurant was awesome. Every evening there was a guide to provide advice on activities and weather conditions. Highly recommend!

Love this hotel so much. Spent 4 nights here for our honeymoon. 1. Theres an expert guide (Ignacio) who can give you tips about hikes around the area and he's there most nights from 5pm 2. The hotel has a jacuzzi and sauna which you have to pre-book to ensure maximum 6 guests at a time 3. Amazing restaurant - do not miss it! We had dinner at least twice. The breakfast buffet was great! 4. They offer drinks and treats at the entrance hallway perfect for a post-hike treat (or just a regular treat haha) 5. They have a movie room with a projector if that's your thing - and they have a streaming service for everything - i asked them to put on tennis and I watched 4hrs of tennis while I was there haha 6. Amazing view of town 7. Last definitely not the least - the best staff ever. Immaculate service. I will be back!!!

Aiutino da Chat: We stayed at Hotel Los Cerros for our honeymoon and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel showed great attention to the fact that it was a special trip for us, making us feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was excellent, with very good quality and variety. The service was outstanding, especially when it came to organizing activities. Ignacio was incredibly helpful and professional, taking the time to suggest the best hiking trails based on weather conditions, timing, and our preferences. His advice made a real difference to our experience. After check-out, we realized we had forgotten a hat in our room. The hotel kindly sent it by post to El Calafate and refused any reimbursement, a gesture that really shows their level of care and hospitality. Highly recommended, especially for a special occasion.

“I won't go there anymore after bad experiences”

This hotel has wrost seating arrangements at the restaurant. Because of that, we had very bad experience during our dinner.

Honestly one of my favorite stays in Argentina. The hotel is wonderful but here the thing is REALLY the staff who go just above and beyond and truly understand what customer services is. Simply outstanding!

“A stunning treat”

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. It is a "treat" kind of place at around €450 per night but that also includes a nice breakfast and spa. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they give great tips for walks etc. They also have an onsite "expert" who can advise on the walks for free. It is a superb base for the hikes and about 10 minutes walk to the starting point of the main routes (Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre). The view from the hotel of the mountain and lakes is genuinely breathtaking. The breakfast is also nice. The rooms are nice albeit you don't really get "the view" from them. The hotel does go the extra step in some areas, e.g chocolates and hiking "balaclava" in the room and they gave us a gift for getting engaged (many hotels actually charged us). Some nice touches. The little spa area is very nice but it is a little annoying you have to book this for a slot but I guess this ensures a more private experience.

Excellent food: breakfast was varied and delicious. The food at dinner was also very good. The service was particularly attentive. It is an excellent idea to have a guide available at the bar to offer suggestions for walks. He gave us some perfect advice.

The views were spectacular, and the staff extremely helpful including giving detailed support on setting up hikes. The restaurant was very good (again with views), and the breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast we had in Argentina.

“Perfect place to stay in El Chalten”

Lovely hotel for short stay in El Chalten has a nice upscale ski hotel vibe. Staff are very friendly and helpful including the on-site route guide who was invaluable for planning our Mt Fitzroy trek. Views from rooms and common areas of hotel are probably the best in all of El Chalten, look out onto mountains

“Great location and comfortable”

Really attentive staff. Great access to hiking. Very comfortable. Good food in the restaurant. Awesome breakfast. I stayed another place first before moving to this hotel and this was far and away better than many options in the area.

Had a guide available in the evenings to help decide on walks. Very useful. Staff was very helpful. Organised massages for us.

Everything was incredible! Very attentive staff, a nice atmosphere, great restaurant options that are good value for money. They even provide an expert to personalise your hiking options. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in El Chalten.

Perfect location, excellent staff. They provided a free bottle of champagne, courtesy desserts and birthday cake during our stay, to commemorate my wife's birthday ! We also received an upgrade to a room with a beautiful view of the valley and snow-capped mountains !
