Amazing view from the room. The staff were very friendly and even helped us planning our hikes.

We liked the ability to walk everywhere with easy access to hiking trails and restaurants, etc The packed lunches were plentiful, nutritious and reasonably priced.

We had the private room out the back with beautiful views of the mountain and its own heating.

The property is located right in the middle of the Main Street making it easy to get anywhere. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the breakfasts were the perfect thing to fill our bellies before a day of hiking.

We stayed here for six nights to make the most of all the hiking in the area. The rooms were warm, clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Private setting with outdoors/grassy area to relax. Good selection at breakfast and lunch boxes are great -good vegetarian catering.

We arrived really late (23.30) and left after breakfast 6.30 am. The room was warm. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Nice place close to restaurants and bars. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

“Great stay”

Amazing friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is much nicer than the photos on booking.com. There is a nice sofa area, dining room and tables and chairs in the garden to relax with an amazing view over the mountains. Rooms are basic but this is the same everywhere in the region.

This place is very well situated next to the Main Street of the town and very close to the Fitz Roy hiking trail.

“Gem of a Hotel in the heart of El Chalten!”

Extremely helpful check-in staff (I arrived very late in the evening). The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable (which helped after a long day's hiking!). The staff provided excellent information on the hikes available and what preparations are required (food, water, difficulty).

I loved the bed and our loft. I loved that we had a little kitchen that allowed us to make tea in our room. I loved the view from our windows and the horse that came around.

The staff were very helpful with information about day hikes and weather forecasts. Great location for starting and finishing the hikes. Breakfast was good with toast eggs, ham, cheese, tomato, cereal, fruit salad and a selection of sweet pastries. If you like a strong coffee, take some with you to add to their coffee. Beds comfortable. Bathroom is a good size. Wifi in the common room only. Wifi was good when working but occasionally both the wifi and power switched off ( but this affected the whole town). The price overall was quite expensive but reflective of the cost of accommodation at all hostels/hotels in El Chalten.

Very nice place, confortable rooms and toilets. Hot shower and everyday they replace amenities. Nice breakfast with large variety considering that you are in an isolated place.

Very friendly staff. Nice common room with great view. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of different things. Rooms were spacious and had everything you need.
