Xelena Hotel & Suites is located at Argentino Lake in El Calafate. “Nice clean with goor breakfast. The shuttle bus should operate also in the morning and to airport.”
The main problem was that the venue is 4 km from the center and the shuttle bus only travels in the afternoon. So if you want to go downtown you have a long walk

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
Fantastic hotel and highly recommend. Beautiful views at the rear and peaceful location slightly out of town however they run a free shuttle bus all day/night into El Calafate town. (10 mins). Highly recommend - clean/comfy bed - ALL excellent!

“Confortable and quiet”
Room was confortable and well furnished. The hotel is located in a quiet location in front of the lake at short walking distance from The center of el Calafate. A little expensive but all the hotels are in El Calafate.

“Not the best value for money”
The view over the lake is beautiful and breathtaking. Bed are comfortable. Stuff is really helpful and professional.

Bath tube in the bathroom, it´s not hygienic simply because it´s just so difficult to keep it clean and in good conditions of use. There was not a kit of supplies in the bathroom either, such as shower cap. Among other things, it made the hotel too expensive for the ammenities offered. Other thing is the shuttle to the centre, the last shuttle in the timetable coming back to the hotel is 7pm, so we always have to arrange our own transportation after diner (nobody has diner before 6pm).

“excellent!”
Great lake view from room. Not too far from downtown. Facilitated the access to the downtown with hotel shuttle bus. Exceptionally clean. Attentive staffs.
