Staff were excellent and very helpful, views are awesome. Laundry had a quick turnaround (same day). Try out breakfast and dinner with superb lakeside views. And top it off with great wine.

Plenty of room and the breakfast was quite good. Staff was amazing and games room was fun. Would definitely consider staying again at this property.

Fantastic position and services all around. Outside the city centre but thanks to the free shuttle service all is fine. Great possibility to use the Spa.

“fabulous experience!”
While the views are spectacular, it's the staff that truly make this hotel special! From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was genuinely engaged in ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. It was nice to have heated floors in the rooms and the restaurant.

“Good location, very clean but not great breakfast for the price.”
Very large clean room. Good location, a bit out of the main town but they run shuttle buses until 10:30pm and easy to get taxis. Good for us as always picked up last and dropped off first for the early morning excursions so more time to have breakfast/get ready. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
