Never seen host but reacting quickly on whatsapp. Perfect quiet place, wildlife and pets on the garden. Well equiped appartment.

“Nice place to stay on the outskirts of El Calafate”

The space, in our cabin (#5) we had two separate bedrooms with each their own shower. Nice living/kitchen area. Quiet and nice location for a walk around the bay. The walk to the city center takes about 45-60 minutes, but a fairly quick ride with the car or taxi. We stayed three times and we enjoyed coming back to this place.

This is one of those rare stays where it’s genuinely hard to choose a rating. On the positive side, check-in was easy and the location is absolutely beautiful. There’s a large, lovely meadow, the cabins sit right by the lake, and the house itself is very big with plenty of space. The setting is truly scenic and has so much charm. I don’t want to offend the hosts at all (it gave the impression they might be older), but this place has huge potential. With a good property manager and some investment in cleaning and repairs, it could be truly wonderful - the location absolutely deserves it.

Good beds

Excellent location, comfortable beds and very nice kitchen.

The space, the cleanliness, the view, the privacy. When we had a problem with the gas, the host was there with in a minute to sort out out for us.

Nicely located a bit outside of town, very spacious and private parking on site. Easy communication with the host and convenient independent check in. The cabaña is properly heated.

If you have a car it’s a great location. Right at the lake, with a lot of green around and beautiful walks along the lakefront.

Very helpful and friendly host. There was no problem with late check in and late check out. Location is amazing - close to the lagoon with a lot of birds. Birds and cats were always in front of the house too :-) Beautiful view and really quiet place far from the city center

Really cute cabana, the view is amazing. a little far from the center but not a problem if you have a car. (we were aware of the distance while booking). the cabana got everything. A lot of cats in the morning say Hello. :) we loved it. Staff really nice and understanding.

“A cosy cabin on the lakeside”

This was a great place to stay with fabulous views across the lake. Not modern but cosy. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms - bonus. Very helpful owner. Lovely and warm.

Cute cabins near the lake. The cabin we stayed in had a living space/kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Beds are comfy with enough blankets to heat you through winter nights.

Difficult to find the place : we arrived late at night and had a hard time as GPS located us to the wrong place. Later, the owner showed the signboard to us, but it was not be seen by the newcomers, especially when it is dark!
