“Phenomenal Views”
The view over the lake was absolutely incredible and is reason enough to stay there. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the communication from the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was nice and you have an incredible view from the dining area. The hotel is up a relatively steep hill (though that's what provides the hotel such a great vantage point) so walking back from the town can be a bit tiring if that's what you choose to do. If you don't fancy the walk, a taxi from the bus station (on the complete opposite side of the town) only cost around 8100ARS for us, so it's not terribly expensive to avoid the walk and would be even cheaper from the centre of town. I would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone staying in El Calafate.

The hotel may not be right in the city center and it’s not the most modern place, but the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made my stay really pleasant. What truly amazed me was the view — absolutely breathtaking, far more beautiful than I expected. It honestly took my breath away. I would definitely recommend promoting this wonderful view more, because I had no idea it was such a highlight of the hotel. Overall, a lovely stay thanks to the amazing staff and the unforgettable scenery.

“Quiet place outside the town centre with good views”
Good sized rooms with all the necessary facilities. The pool is great and great fun when the local aqua aerobics club turns up. Good breakfast and helpful staff. The location is v quiet and provides good views over the town. There’s no restaurant but you can bring your own food if you like.
