We had a wonderful stay at Gewan Resort Al Alamein. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was outstanding. The entire team was professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We would also like to recognize Mr. Shenawy, Ms. Sara and Remonda from Guest Relations for their warm welcome, attentiveness, and continuous follow-up to make sure everything was perfect. Many thanks as well to Hassan, Ali, and Hany from the Food & Beverage team for their excellent service, positive attitude, and dedication to providing a great dining experience. Special appreciation goes to Kareem from Housekeeping for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring our room was always spotless and comfortable. The resort is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The staff truly made the difference and turned our vacation into a memorable experience. Our stay was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. In my opinion, this hotel offers the best value for money in the entire North Coast area. The standout feature, which is difficult to find anywhere else, is the incredible variety of aqua park attractions and activities available for both children and adults. Combined with the stunning beach, crystal-clear water, and beautiful surroundings, it created an unforgettable vacation experience. The food quality was also very good for both breakfast and dinner, with a good variety of options that met our expectations and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Sara, Guest Relations Manager, and Ms. Raymonda for their outstanding support, professionalism, and continuous follow-up throughout our stay. Their genuine care and attention to detail ensured that everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Mrs Sarah and Miss Remonda were checking on us daily to make sure we had everything needed. They have upgraded our booking to a suite before our arrival. Housekeeping was great and the rooms were clean with a great view. Definitely not the last time.
