Me and my wife had an incredible time at Rixos Alamein Hotel. The staff were super friendly, especially Aya from the guest relation. We celebrated our wedding anniversary in the best way possible. Aya offered us a late checkout, a free cabana on the beach, which was decorated for us with a private jacuzzi. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the beach was amazing. I highly recommend and would love to come back.

The location, the good service, the landscape, the property is very clean. The variety of the food and it’s delicious for an all inclusive hotel. White beaches and amazing clear sea. The location of the deluxe rooms are very nice with clear pool/sea view. Also the a la carte restaurants are exceptional like the Mangal restaurant that makes the stay unforgettable. The daily good care from Aya Ashraf from guest relations asking if we need anything over WhatsApp is highly appreciated.

“One full week in Paradise!”
Almost everything! People, staff, location, food, facilities, no exception! everything is literally perfect and amazing..Staff are very much friendly, accommodating, helpful and communicative... The one more thing I have noticed in this hotel is that the hotel assigns a dedicated guest relation staff member for every guest, our guest relation staff was Aya Ashraf. Aya is very much friendly staff, she will never say no for anything with her capacity to make us happy. She know her job and goes beyond the limits to make everyone around happy, I have seen that not only with us but with others. She is a professional staff. If I will go to Rixos, Al Alamain again, we will go because of her, she is very much welcoming, thank you Aya!

I had a fantastic seven-day stay at Rixos Alamein. The hospitality and service were exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Reda at the front desk for his professionalism and helpfulness. Additionally, Ms. Didi from the animation team made our experience unforgettable with her vibrant energy and engaging activities, and the special care for my kids.
